Archive an Item

Workflow Automations is a great tool for archiving Items from App A to App B.
For this example, Workflow Automations will archive completed tasks within a designated app.
Create a flow to Trigger of Item Update of an Item in App A
Add your Filter bricks for flow conditions
(If the Status is set to complete)
Add the required Action bricks to complete the flow
Update the completed date Date Field with the current date Create a duplicate Item in the Archive (App B) and transfer all comments delete the current task Item in App A
Take this Archive even farther and make your Items Un-Editable
